Additional Event Info:

You might want to bring chairs and/or blankets since the event will be set up on a street.

Bikes, bussing, public transportation, and carpooling is encouraged. If you must bring your car, be prepared to walk a short distance from the event. We can't have cars near the Slide now can we?

Based on what you registered for, you will receive a wristband which gives you access to ride the Slide. You'll also get a water gun and a mouthpiece (yup that's right we said mouthpiece), and more if you are VIP.  Hang on to your wristband or you won't be able to ride!  For maximum speed and saftey we require the use of inflatable tubes.

The event is 12pm-5pm but 11am-6pm for VIP's. You're more than welcome to line up ahead of time but the water doesn't start to flow until then. We accept the last slider in line 30 minutes before the Slide closes. The earlier you come, the more you'll be able to Slide the City.

If there is a little rain it only means there will be more water on the Slide and less people cranky about getting hit with a water balloon. Dance in the rain, and maybe bring your babe and smooch in the rain too.

About Slide The City

Summer time is upon us, and we are bringing 1000 feet of soapy vinyl to brighten your city streets. Come dressed to impress because you'll be climbing the corporate ladder once your boss spies you from his corner office with your hot bod, cool dance moves and slick slides. Did we mention 1000 feet? Yeah, that's over 3 football fields. Usain Bolt will be green with envy once he sees how fast you can cover that much ground. Oh and in case you were wondering, our slide was made right here in the good ole U.S of A and travels with us throughout the country. We like to think of ourselves as carney workers who still have all of our teeth.

Slide the City is a family friendly slip-and-slide water party event. There will be live music, food, drinks, water, and of course the biggest slip and slide ever to hit asphalt. Don't worry, we got this thing padded and everyone must use an innertube for maximum speed and saftey. Bring your water balloons, buckets, floaties, and water guns (non-realistic of course), to squirt, spray, splash, and get all attending soaked.
